Cheap Bluelights for an emergency vehicle? - whelen led

I'm looking for a blue bar at the bottom of the light for my car, preferably an LED. At the moment I have a laser meters Whelen script, but I want to spend a mini-light bar. If you know a cheap light, or sites, please let me know
I know I'm an arrogant person who has told me that I can not have a blue light on my car My car registered with the state police to use blue emergency light, if s' please do not tell me I can not have.
