Have you tried, or other cleaning agents, revitalizing toner, or any kind of cream. U can a bunch of "try OTC" products, except in the UR UR puberty (12 to free up to 18) so dont worry u can easilly get from them. Just try to keep bcaz oil free, fair and not to touch them, even if she did not leave a scar that still leave U with black spots / black on the nose u ur want. lol
